I'm a PA transplant with an unexplainable love for the First State -- even though I now live right over the line in Maryland.
(Shhhh don't tell anyone; I still claim to be a Delawarean.)

I currently serve as the Serving Director at The Journey in Newark, DE. Working in ministry was never part of my "game plan" but I always put it like this: I had good plans for my life, but God had infinitely better ones.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11)

I married my high school sweetheart turned husband in 2012 -- and a few years later, we added the best addition to our lives, our son Luka. I'm biased, but Luka is the happiest, sweetest, most loving kid I know, and we love him to pieces.

I'm a proud Blue Hen, graduating from the University of Delaware in 2012 with a degree in Communication and minors in Political Science, Political Communication, and Journalism. Although I quickly learned a government job wasn't right for me, I still have a strong obsession with political dramas. (West Wing, I'm looking at you.)

I'm a hopelessly terrible cleaner (thank goodness my husband is not), an obsessive reader, an amateur chef, and a dedicated long distance runner. I believe life is best lived when my coffee is iced, my runs are long, and my heart is full.

Wanna say hi? Drop me a line.
